How and where are endorsements handled?
A: AgentSecure has a dedicated internal Service Department that is available from 8AM to 6PM Central time to handle your service requests. The fastest way to request service on a policy is to use our online request form. We make use of carrier service centers where possible. Online service requests are automatically routed to the carrier service center for process. For those cases that require immediate attention, our staff can handle those issues same day.

Q: Can my agency provide or directly issue certificates, ID Cards and Binders?
A: No. All of these documents will be provided to your agency by AgentSecure. An email, a phone call or a an Online Service Request will all get the process started for you. Binders and ID Cards are emailed to you when ready and are also available on your dashboard. Re-prints of your certificates and ID Cards will soon be available online.

Q: Can my customer call the carrier directly for service and billing questions?
A: Yes. Toll free numbers are provided on our website for your convenience.

Q: Can my agency call the carrier service center directly?
A: No. Our carriers do not recognize our sub-agent members since you are not directly contracted with them. There is also a legal liability risk for the carrier if they deal with our members rather than with the insured or with AgentSecure.
